Chong Jia Wei (Claire) is an Advocate and Solicitor admitted to the High Court of Malaya, with experience spanning civil litigation, corporate and commercial matters, and real estate transactions. She has worked on a diverse range of cases involving contractual disputes, wills and probate, and landlord-tenant matters, and is known for her meticulous attention to detail and client-focused approach.

During her pupillage, Claire actively volunteered with the Teratai Legal Clinic, where she provided pro bono legal consultations and helped raise public awareness on the importance of will-making and estate planning — reflecting her belief that legal knowledge should be accessible to everyone.

Before entering full-time legal practice, Claire built a successful career in the real estate industry. As a top sales achiever, she gained hands-on experience in property transactions, deepening her understanding of the real estate market and sharpening her ability to navigate complex legal and commercial issues.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys engaging in meaningful extracurricular activities such as debate, event organizing, and community outreach. These experiences have shaped her into a confident communicator and empathetic listener — someone who approaches every challenge with curiosity, adaptability, and a forward-looking mindset.
