Ling Ying Xin is a Partner of Tham, Goh & Partners, graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Aberystwyth University, United Kingdom, and was admitted of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2023 and is a member of the Malaysian Bar.
Prior to joining Tham, Goh & Partners as a Partner, Ying Xin built her practice through extensive involvement in a diverse portfolio of litigation matters, acting for corporations, business owners and private individuals across a wide range of industries.
Ying Xin’s practice encompasses construction and CIPAA adjudications, tort claims, family and matrimonial matters as well as commercial and contractual disputes. She has appeared before courts at all levels, including the High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court. She is also actively involved in every stage of the dispute resolution process, from providing strategic pre-action advice to conducting contested hearings and trials. Her meticulous preparation and responsiveness have earned the trust of clients navigating complex and high-stakes litigation.
